Position Details:

As a Cashier / Host / Curbside Assistant, your interactions during guest entry and exit significantly impact their experience and likelihood to return.

Guest Service Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and invite them to return
• Assist guests with seating and orders, including curbside and To-Go
• Handle payments accurately and courteously
• Maintain knowledge of menu and buffet offerings

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Keep the station and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Help ensure buffet setup and labeling are correct
• Follow health regulations and cleanliness standards

Operational Tasks:

• Secure cash drawer and ensure it balances with paperwork
• Report when cash needs to be deposited for security

Position requires standing and walking for 3-4 hours, lifting moderate weights, and using tools like cash registers and dispensers within the restaurant environment.
