Job summary

Petro Serve USA in Grand Forks, ND, is hiring a cashier for Store #205. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $1,000–$1,500 sign-on bonus. You will handle transactions, stock displays, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is required in a fast-paced retail environment. Join a team focused on friendly service, efficiency, and teamwork. Full-time benefits are offered, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Friendly and dependable with a strong customer-service attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/stock items.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the interior and exterior of the store clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stock and face coolers, shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Monitor product availability and communicate stocking needs to store management.
• Prepare and maintain high-margin products such as coffee and fountain beverages.
• Properly clean and maintain store equipment and work areas.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Assist with additional store duties as assigned by management.
