Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and deliver friendly, attentive service at the counter or drive-thru.
• Accurately process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Keep the cashier station, counter area, and dining space clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service during peak periods.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and restocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
