Job summary

Petro Serve USA is seeking a friendly cashier to join our Grand Forks location. This role handles customer transactions at the register, keeps the store neat, and supports merchandising and beverage preparation as needed.

The position offers full-time hours with a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends, and a sign-on bonus. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly and dependable with a strong customer-service attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, stocking, and cleaning duties.
• Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
• Keep the interior and exterior of the store clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stock and face coolers, shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Monitor product availability and communicate stocking needs to store management.
• Prepare and maintain high-margin products such as coffee and fountain beverages.
• Properly clean and maintain store equipment and work areas.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Assist with additional store duties as assigned by management.

Location: Store #203 – 1220 University Ave Grand Forks, ND 58203

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000–$1,500

Available Positions

Full-Time: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week
