Job summary

Petro Serve USA in Casselton, ND is seeking a friendly Cashier to join our fast-paced retail team. You will handle cash transactions, greet customers, keep the store tidy, and help stock displays at Store #065.

We offer starting pay of $16 per hour, a sign-on bonus of $1,000–$1,500, and full-time/part-time options with flexible scheduling; health benefits for full-time staff; weekend availability encouraged.

Qualifications

• Friendly and dependable with a strong customer-service attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform stocking/cleaning duties.
• Retail or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
• Keep the interior and exterior of the store clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stock and face coolers, shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Monitor product availability and communicate stocking needs to store management.
• Prepare and maintain high-margin products such as coffee and fountain beverages.
• Properly clean and maintain store equipment and work areas.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Assist with additional store duties as assigned by management.

Available Positions

Full-Time: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week

Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends.
