Job Responsibilities

1. Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Describe menu items and answer guest questions.
3. Take orders and payments accurately at the cashier and drive-thru.
4. Work efficiently to manage long lines and serve guests promptly.
5. Collaborate with team members to assist and serve guests.
6. Distribute food orders to guests, engaging with a friendly and lively attitude.
7. Handle catering and take-out orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and accepting payments.
8. Serve alcoholic beverages (must be 21) and assist guests in planning special events.

The pay rate for this role is $15.25 per hour, with additional incentives:

• $2/hour for hours worked after 11pm
• $2/hour for work outside in temperatures below 33°F
• $3/hour for work on holidays* (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)
