Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs sales transactions efficiently.
• Enters all sales into the cash register accurately.
• Makes change, accepts various payment methods, and issues receipts.
• Follows procedures for issuing refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints courteously.
• Manages cash funds and receipts in compliance with standards.
• Monitors customer purchases and maintains cleanliness and stock in service areas.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
