Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including transactions. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

• Processes sales transactions efficiently.
• Enters all sales into the register accurately.
• Issues receipts to customers.
• Follows procedures for refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints courteously.
• Monitors customer purchases and portion sizes.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and maintains cleanliness.
• Stocks coolers and concession stands.
• Adheres to service, inventory, and cash control standards.
• Follows sanitation, ServSafe, and safety protocols.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
