Overview

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register to cash out guests.
• Answer phones, greet customers, and monitor seat availability.
• Assist with bussing and cleaning tables.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment under time pressures.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

• Organization and creativity.
• Knowledge of sanitation and health regulations.
• Proficiency with cash registers, credit card machines, POS systems, and restaurant equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE.
