Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to every guest while assisting with purchases, questions, and store needs.
• Operate Cash Registers and Process Transactions Accurately operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems while processing cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain Store Appearance and Cleanliness Ensure the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• Stock and Merchandise Products Stock shelves, coolers, and displays while helping maintain inventory levels and ensuring products are presented according to company standards.
• Support Safe and Efficient Store Operations Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, food safety, loss prevention, and workplace safety while working collaboratively with team members.
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.
