Job Summary

This seasonal, event-based role runs from April to September. The primary duties include cashiering, handling cash transactions, verifying cash drawers, giving change, counting receipts, and completing cash reports. General food service duties and maintaining sanitation standards are also part of the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform sales transactions efficiently.
2. Accurately record all sales in the cash register.
3. Handle payments, give change, and issue receipts.
4. Process cash refunds following standard procedures.
5. Interact positively with customers and resolve complaints.
6. Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
7. Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
8. Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
9. Stock pastry case.
10. Follow company standards for service, inventory, and cash control.
11. Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety standards.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
