• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Handle various tenders such as Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, and coupons, adhering to company policies.
• Understand and adhere to cash handling limits and loss prevention policies.
• Follow guidelines on restricted sale items like Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs.
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay current with advertisements.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with product questions.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
