GRO-FS, Inc. dba Golden Corral is seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Cashier/Host/Attendant. The Cashier/Host/Attendant is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression on our guests. The position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return as the guests leave
• Offer assistance to any guests who may need help
• Process GC On the Go To-Go orders
• Handle payments accurately
• Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
• Know what is on the buffet for the day and have a full knowledge of the menu and prices
• Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas
• Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct
• Clean all buffets and surrounding areas
• Follow local health department laws
• Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met
• Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery
• Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork

Job Requirements:
