Job summary

Levy Sector at Four Winds Field is seeking a part-time seasonal Cashier from April through September. The role involves handling sales, cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accuracy in the point-of-sale system.

You will issue receipts, follow refund procedures, and deliver friendly service while upholding sanitation and cash-control standards. Prior POS experience is a plus; must obtain an alcohol servers' permit where required.

Qualifications

• Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the point-of-sale system to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Accepts declining balance cards and other forms of payment; issues receipts to customers.
• Follows standard procedures for issuing refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring cash drawer compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This position is a seasonal, event based role, with a duration from April-September.

Summary

Performs cashiering duties, including making cash and credit transactions, verifying payment, giving change, counting cash receipts and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation and service of concession facilities.
