Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit card, check)
• Generate and provide customer receipts and documentation
• Balance daily cash drawer and prepare bank deposits
• Answer incoming calls and assist with basic service inquiries
• Support Service Advisors and team with light clerical duties
• File, scan, and organize repair orders and customer records
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous cashier or customer service experience (preferred)
• Automotive service department experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with computers and basic math
• Positive attitude, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule:

• 9am-6pm Shift with 1 hour lunch Break
• Must work Saturdays
• will have Sunday and your choice of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off
• Overtime as needed
