Job summary

Workstream is hiring a Team Member for Taco Bell in Smithfield, VA. You will be the friendly face greeting customers, taking orders, and delivering fast, accurate service with a smile. You may assist in the kitchen and food preparation while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant setting, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and franchise policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work legally in the United States.
• Able to lift 10–40 pounds, stand and walk for long periods.
• Strong verbal skills and basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide fast, friendly service in person or by drive-thru.
• Prepare and assemble food items according to standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work environments and assist in kitchen as needed.

The Team Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or the first voice they hear when they place a drive‑thru order so you will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life.
