Job summary

Smashburger in Colorado is hiring a Guest Service Expert to create memorable guest experiences by greeting guests, taking orders, and offering menu recommendations. You’ll help keep the dining area welcoming and support a fast-paced team.

No experience is required—we provide training, and familiarity with friendly service will help you succeed. Flexibility for hours including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to food safety and company standards.
