Job summary

Smashburger is hiring Guest Service Experts to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell menu items when appropriate, and help maintain a welcoming dining area.

Training is provided, and you can contribute to a positive guest experience from day one. Eligibility includes being at least 16 years old, with a focus on strong communication and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to food safety and company standards
