Job summary

PCC Community Markets in Ballard Seattle is seeking a friendly cashier to provide professional customer service and accurately process orders and payments at the register. You will promote PCC membership and programs while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

The role requires basic math, strong multitasking, and reliable availability for mornings, mid-day shifts and weekends. Experience in retail or grocery is a plus, and applicants must be 18+ with a WA Food Worker Card.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Available to work mornings, mid-day shifts and weekends.
• Must demonstrate basic math skills and proficiency at 10-key.
• Able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40lbs regularly.
• A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
