Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently seeking an enthusiastic part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, & community! In this role, you will work with a dynamic team offering a menu of from-scratch baked bread & pastries, soups, salads, & sandwiches, all made with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Front of House Team Member must possess:

• A "can do" attitude—actively listen to guests & confidently suggest meal & gift items to both first-time and returning guests
• The ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, & seek opportunities to assist other departments proactively

Qualifications include:

• 1+ years customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal food handler & sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule—shifts vary from week to week based on customer traffic and season, starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 10pm, Monday - Saturday
• You must be 16+ years old to qualify
