Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers and take their orders.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to help undecided customers.
• Operate a cash register.
• Perform side work duties as directed by the manager.
• Clean tables and counters in the dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
• Manage food flow between kitchen, servers, and delivery staff.
• Communicate special instructions among staff.
• Know the menu, ingredients, and preparation details.
