Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking friendly cashiers to greet guests, take orders, and handle payments in a fast-paced setting. You will work at the front counter, assist with menu recommendations, and ensure accuracy of takeout and dine-in orders.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts. Prior restaurant experience helps, but is not required; food safety certifications may be needed by state/local law.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, guest-driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure fast and accurate service.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and support other team members as needed.
