Position Overview:

As a Cashier at MSP Airport, your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, processing payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be responsible for educating guests about products, up-selling, and restocking shelves.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests promptly and pleasantly
• Processing payments via cash, credit cards, or vouchers following company policies
• Maintaining product knowledge to assist guests effectively
• Bagging purchases and maintaining display items
• Ensuring the store is clean and sanitized
• Restocking shelves and performing duties of a barista when needed
• Providing information and recommendations about airport restaurants and terminal facilities
• Maintaining a professional appearance
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable operating cash registers and safeguarding assets
• Able to stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather conditions
