Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Create a positive and fun work environment
• Work effectively with team members and communicate clearly
• Know menu items to assist guests with suggestions and questions
• Verify orders for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process transactions, and understand the rewards program
• Check in with guests after food delivery to ensure satisfaction
• Promote marketing promotions and encourage survey participation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment following safety standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and order accuracy
• No experience necessary - training provided
• Must be at least 16 years old
