Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate for our Rockville travel center in Maryland. You will provide guests with fast, friendly, and clean service and help maintain the overall appearance of the restaurant and store area.

You will operate the cash register, assist with inventory, and collaborate with team members to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Flexibility to work some nights, days, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest service and guest-focused attitude required.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Comfort with using computers and phones at the point of sale.
• Must work well in a team environment.
