Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Puyallup, WA is seeking friendly cashiers to greet guests, take orders, process payments, and keep a clean front counter. You’ll join a fast-paced team and help ensure accurate dine-in and takeout orders while delivering great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, eager to learn, capable of standing for shifts, and able to work evenings, weekends, and late nights. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, and training will be provided to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must maintain required food safety certifications where required by state/local law.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide outstanding customer service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations when needed.
• Ensure all takeout and dine-in orders are accurate before they leave the counter.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure fast and accurate service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and support other team members as needed.

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
