Pay Range

Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver fast, friendly, and excellent customer service during order taking, by phone or in person.
2. Communicate efficiently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
3. Greet guests warmly and assist with placing orders, upselling, and providing menu knowledge.
4. Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery.
5. Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately and balance the register at shift end.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, including restrooms and stock areas.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
8. Present a professional appearance according to company standards.
9. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
10. Leave guests with a positive impression of Wingstop.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with computers and POS systems preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong cash handling skills.
