Responsibilities include processing customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling various tenders, adhering to company policies on cash shortages, restricted sale items, and following safety and food regulations. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with product inquiries. Follow all legal and company guidelines, work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
