Job summary
CW Resources, Inc. is hiring a friendly cashier for Minot AFB location. Evening shift from 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm. You will greet customers, process meal purchases, scan IDs, and help maintain a clean dining area. Training is provided, and base access credentials will be required.
No prior experience is needed; training will cover POS use, safety rules, and customer service basics. This role offers an on-site work environment with benefits and opportunities to grow within CW Resources.
Qualifications

- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access (RealID).
- Be punctual, courteous, and able to work evenings.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and process meals at the cash register.
- Assist customers, answer questions, and direct to the right person when needed.
- Keep cashier area clean and organized; sanitize tables and dining areas.
- Restock supplies and ensure the station is ready for service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety rules.
- Assist with general cleaning tasks and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

- Location: Minot AFB.
- Schedule: Evening Shift 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Greet customers with a smile and a friendly attitude.
- Use a cash register to process meal purchases and check meal cards when needed.
- Help answer customer questions and direct them to the right person if needed.
- Keep the cashier area clean, neat, and organized.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, beverage stations, and dining areas.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, condiments, cups, and beverages.
- Collect trash and recycling and dispose of it properly.
- Sweep, mop, and help keep floors and common areas clean and safe.
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning tasks when needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety rules.
- Help prepare the dining area before meals and clean up after meal service.
- Tell a supervisor about customer concerns, safety issues, spills, or needed repairs.
- Work together with coworkers to keep the dining hall running smoothly.
- Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Follow all military base rules, security requirements, and workplace procedures.
- Start your shift by setting up your register, making sure your area is clean and stocked.
- Welcome service members and guests with a friendly attitude.
- Scan ID cards or meal passes and take payments when needed.
- Keep your station neat and refill supplies like napkins and trays.
- Answer questions or help people find what they need.
- Work as a team with kitchen staff and supervisors.
- Let your supervisor know if something isn’t working right.
- Clean up your area and help count your drawer before you leave.
- Valid RealID

- Standing: Required to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Walking: Frequent movement throughout the galley, dining areas, storage rooms, and service locations.
- Lifting: Frequently lifts and carries supplies, cleaning materials, trash bags, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Pushing/Pulling: Regularly pushes and pulls carts, trash containers, floor equipment, and supply racks.
- Bending/Stooping: Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching while cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas.
- Climbing: Occasional use of ladders, step stools, and stairs to access equipment, storage areas, and high surfaces.
- Manual Dexterity: Requires repetitive use of hands and fingers to operate cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Vision: Must be able to identify sanitation concerns, safety hazards, spills, and cleanliness deficiencies.
- Temperature Exposure: Regular exposure to varying temperatures, including hot kitchens, dish rooms, freezers, coolers, and outdoor loading areas.
- Wet Conditions: Frequent exposure to wet floors, water, steam, and cleaning solutions.
- Chemical Exposure: Routine contact with cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, degreasers, and sanitation products while following established safety procedures.
- Noise Levels: Moderate to high noise levels from commercial kitchen equipment, dish machines, floor care equipment, and food service operations.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Required to wear and properly use protective equipment, including gloves, slip-resistant footwear, aprons, and other assigned PPE.
- Military Installation Requirements: Must comply with all military installation security, safety, and access requirements.
- Work Schedule: May be required to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
