Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is looking for friendly, dependable Cashiers to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and creating a great experience for every guest, we’d love to meet you.

As a Cashier, you'll provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. You’ll work front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-service positions as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments
• Provide accurate change and follow cash-handling procedures
• Answer guest questions about menu items and assist with order selections
• Enter special requests and modifications
• Verify orders for accuracy before they are provided to guests
• Work front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-service positions as assigned
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Prepare and serve beverages, frozen custard, and other menu items
• Follow Freddy’s standards for guest service, hospitality, and product presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining room, beverage, and service areas
• Clean tables, counters, equipment, floors, and other restaurant areas
• Restock cups, lids, condiments, napkins, and other supplies
• Follow food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and personal hygiene procedures
• Communicate food safety, equipment, guest, or operational concerns to leadership
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when appropriate
• Follow opening, closing, and shift-change procedures

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining room, beverage, and service areas
• Clean tables, counters, equipment, floors, and other restaurant areas as assigned
