The position of Cashier involves greeting, engaging, and interacting with customers entering and exiting the facility, handling cash transactions, and monitoring traffic.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers with courtesy and providing excellent customer service
• Collecting parking fees and providing correct change
• Understanding different types of parkers and answering questions about the facility
• Completing daily reports
• Assisting with staffing during peak hours
• Communicating with management and traffic directors
• Handling inquiries professionally and courteously
• Managing traffic flow during equipment failure or construction
• Demonstrating urgency and seeking improvements
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Cash handling experience required
• Parking industry experience is a plus
