Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are responsible for delivering a great experience. Responsibilities include taking and entering orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, and providing excellent service following standard procedures with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Greet guests upon entry and thank them upon departure
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and explain menu items
• Accurately complete orders, handle transactions, and operate cash registers
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest areas and work stations
• Stock supplies and keep work areas organized
• Complete, package, and present guest orders accurately
• Perform other assigned work

Capabilities Requirement

• Sit, stand, and walk continuously
• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Use hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
