Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the check lane.
• Operate POS systems, handle various tenders, and manage loyalty offers, coupons, and checkout procedures per company policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and control loss.
• Follow guidelines on restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies for stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay informed about ads and promotions.
• Comply with food safety and safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain equipment and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Follow all laws and company policies, including confidentiality and integrity.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
