Compensation

• Weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr for Saturday & Sunday
• Base pay up to $15.00/hr with annual merit raises

Job Duties

Cashiers should maintain knowledge of checkout functions, greet customers positively, and embody Blain’s Culture. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers entering and leaving the store and checkout lines
• Scanning items and ensuring accurate pricing
• Redeeming coupons
• Replenishing merchandise and supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Resolving customer issues and inquiries, escalating as needed
• Achieving goals for rewards applications, loyalty sign-ups, and protection plans
• Assisting at customer care, self-checkout, and on the sales floor
• Adhering to policies related to finance, safety, and legal requirements

Qualifications

• Performing duties of Self-Checkout attendant and Customer Care as needed
• Assisting other departments and with customer carryout
• Performing duties of Sales Floor Associate as needed
