Floor & Decor in Louisville, KY is seeking a friendly Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, ring up purchases, handle returns, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience. You will operate the POS system, follow cash handling procedures, assist with stock, and answer questions about products while upholding store standards and safety guidelines.

Full-Time and Part-Time schedules are available with a base pay from $15.00 per hour, and higher starting pay based on

Base PayThis role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.Purpose:As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor’s customers. Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, checking out customers, handling product returns, performing basic cash office functions and providing every customer with an exceptional experience.
