Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, process transactions at the register, and assist with returns and exchanges. This role supports a high level of customer service, operates the POS system, and may travel to other stores to provide coverage.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Base pay starts at $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Base PayThis role has a minimum base pay from $15.10 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.Purpose:As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor’s customers. Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, checking out customers, handling product returns, performing basic cash office functions and providing every customer with an exceptional experience.
