Job summary

Landers Toyota is seeking a courteous Cashier to handle transactions and provide friendly service at our Little Rock dealership. You will process payments, issue receipts, and help direct customers to the right departments while maintaining a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs and requests to management and other personnel.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
• Operate switchboard telephone system by answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
