Convenient fixed Monday-Friday schedule with 8:30 am-5:00 pm hours! NO WEEKEND OR NIGHT SHIFTS!!

Main Duties:

• Greeting and assisting customers picking up vehicles or parts.
• Handling customer invoices (repair orders and parts) by collecting payment after completion.
• Processing rental lease agreements and maintaining organization of rental vehicles.
• Record filing by scanning documents into CDK.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to operate standard office equipment (computer, phones, scanner, fax, copier)
• Able to assume responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred
• Experience as a server is beneficial for this position.
• Previous front desk and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• CDK experience is a plus!

Shift:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
