Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Be visible, greet, engage, and assist customers proactively.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle various tenders and adhere to company policies on cash handling, restricted sales (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs), and loyalty offers.
• Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company guidelines.
