Pay Range

This range is provided by Far West Services, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and excellent customer service during order taking, whether by phone or in person.
• Communicate efficiently with team members in front of house and back of house to ensure guest satisfaction and timely orders.
• Greet guests warmly and handle orders accurately, upselling and maintaining menu knowledge.
• Monitor order readiness and verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery.
• Process transactions accurately and balance the register at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including restrooms and restocking as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for food handling and promote workplace safety.
• Present a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure a positive and lasting guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with computers and POS systems preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
