Job summary

Guthrie’s Chicken in Hickory, NC is hiring a Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time) to deliver fast, friendly guest service and help maintain quality and safety in a busy restaurant. You will complete Guthrie’s in-store training, work 28–40 hours/week (full-time) or up to 28 hours/week (part-time), have reliable transportation, and follow instructions while staying respectful under pressure.

This role emphasizes teamwork across kitchen and dining areas and offers opportunities to learn and grow

Supervision Received and Exercised

• Reports directly to Shift Managers and the General Manager.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions

Working Conditions

• Restaurant environment:

  • Fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere requiring constant mobility
• Guest service area:
  • Frequent interaction with guests
  • Use of point-of-sale (POS) systems and front-of-house tools
• Physical demands include:
