Position Overview: Cashiers are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include taking and entering orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, and providing excellent service following standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all training including Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service and greet guests
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
• Accurately process orders and transactions
• Accept payments, operate registers, and handle receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest areas and workspaces
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment
• Complete, package, and present orders properly
• Perform other assigned duties
