Position Overview

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic part‑time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member. In this role you will join a dynamic team that offers a unique menu of scratch‑baked breads & pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a "can‑do" attitude by actively listening to guests and confidently suggesting meal & gift items to first‑time guests and returning regulars.
• Work quickly, learn from mistakes, and look for opportunities to step in and help other departments before being asked.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required).
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling & sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule standards – shifts vary week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year; shifts can start as early as 7 am and end as late as 10 pm, Monday–Saturday.
• Must be 16 + years old.
