Sharks Ice Fremont is seeking a friendly cashier to handle admissions, skate rentals, lessons and retail transactions at the front desk. You will take in money, answer inquiries, explain program details, and ensure policy compliance while delivering excellent customer service.
This is a non-exempt, part-time role with shift lengths up to 8 hours and weekend coverage. Strong math, reliability and warmth are essential; you'll work in a cool environment and wear the SSE uniform.

Responsible for taking in all monies for admission, skate rentals, skate sharpening, lessons and sales.
Answers telephones and public inquiries giving information concerning public and private sessions, Learn to Skate lessons and facility usage fee rates.
