Job summary

Pincho in Florida is hiring team members to greet guests, guide orders with a friendly tone, and keep the dining area clean and stocked. You will run the POS quickly and accurately, and learn our menu and allergen information so guests can order with confidence.

This on-site role offers full-time or part-time schedules, on-the-job training, and growth opportunities. Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, plus tips, with benefits like free shift meals and paid time off for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Reliable and punctual with a team-first mindset.
• Knowledge of menu items and allergens to assist guests.
