Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Cashier (Part-Time Seasonal) at Segra Stadium. The pay range is $8.00 per hour. This is a seasonal, event-based position from April to September, handling cash/credit transactions and related duties in a concession setting.

Responsibilities include processing sales, recording transactions in the POS, issuing receipts, refunds, and maintaining cash controls. The role may involve general food service tasks and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation at the concession

Qualifications

• Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the point-of-sale system to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Accepts declining balance cards and other forms of payment; issues receipts to customers.
• Follows standard procedures for issuing refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts; ensures cash drawer aligns with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $8.00to$8.00

This position is a seasonal, event based role, with a duration from April-September.

Summary

Performs cashiering duties, including making cash and credit transactions, verifying payment, giving change, counting cash receipts and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation and service of concession facilities.
