Do you have cashier experience at a dealership? Do you enjoy helping others and working on multiple projects at once? We're hiring an Automotive Cashier to join our team at Castle Automotive Group in Downers Grove.

Automotive Cashier Responsibilities

• Receive and manage payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits from customers who have had their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
• Scans service and parts documents
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Automotive Cashier Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dealership cashier experience
• Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once
• Desire to jump in to support the team wherever there's a need
• Ability to work the listed hours
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

Hours:Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm; Saturday: 7am - 6pm; rotating schedule

Compensation:Cashier - $16/hour
