Daily tasks include processing payments at the cash register, managing cash registers by counting and balancing money, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment by tidying up spills, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring shelves are stocked. You will also handle inventory checks by counting and recording stock levels, and restocking as needed by ordering more products from the warehouse or suppliers. Additionally, you may be responsible for organizing and filing paperwork, such as customer receipts and inventory reports, to keep records up-to-date.
