Description

The Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing prompt, courteous, and attentive service. This position operates with a tip share/tip pool arrangement in accordance with company policy.

Essential Functions

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and drink staff.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout guests' dining experience both in the restaurant and dinner theater.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns gracefully and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and electronic transactions.
• Adhere to tip share/tip pool polices and maintain accurate records as required.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and drink staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of current specials, promotions, and menu changes to inform customers.
