We’re currently looking for a Cashier to help us maintain our excellent customer service. As a Cashier, you will spend your time greeting and assisting customers in our store. Being organized and reliable is key for this role. Communication skills are important since you’ll be interacting with customers. An ability to work under pressure is also critical to resolve any issues that may occur. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash and credit cards to record and process sales transactions for business (e.g. restaurants, stores, hotels etc.).
• Answer customers' questions about their orders, prices or promotions.
• Maintain records or accounts of money received and paid out in relation to sales transactions.
• Advise customers about merchandise and make recommendations.
• Keep a record of daily transactions, sales and credit given out including totals of all money and checks received; keep records of all items sold in a particular period.
